Committee Job Vacancy
ASSISTANT CO-ORDINATOR -
to help assist with doing the accounts,banking takings,arranging monies for meetings including floats etc..
working on the front desk at meetings,standing in when the CO-Ordinator is away on holiday.
Vice President - Needed to assist & support the president in her weekly work schedule & to stand in when needed at front of house for committee & members monthly meetings,if the president is unable to attend.
CATERING ASSISTANT - to help organise a monthly hostess rota for the kitchen, whilst helping to serve refreshments,take turns with washing our kitchen laundry & to help in the buying of refreshment essentials each month.
SPEAKERS HOSTESS - to aid our guest speakers,when they arrive by helping them fetch & carry,set up ready for their presentation. Introducing the guest to our members & arranging to say thank you after they have finished.
